Season kickoff: Nebraska over Kentucky, Louisville over Wisconsin.
The 2024–25 season started at the AVCA First Serve Showcase: two games, four top NCAA volleyball teams. Nebraska beat Kentucky, and the hosts, Louisville, beat Wisconsin. Thanks to Louisville Athletics for hosting and to Volleyball World for having me soundtrack it.
